ABOUT ME
Who is Meg?
I’m an international flexibility and mobility coach who helps Hyrox athletes unlock their next level of performance through smarter movement. I train in a Hyrox gym, coach mobility sessions for Hyrox athletes, and I’m preparing to compete myself—so I understand exactly what this sport asks of your body.
I’ve seen firsthand how tightness, pain, and inefficient movement hold athletes back, even when they’re training hard. That’s why I created a strength-based mobility method designed specifically for Hyrox demands, helping you move with more power, ease, and confidence—so you can race harder, recover faster, and stay injury-free.

MY STORY
My Journey in Movement
I started out teaching traditional yoga, but over time I realized flexibility alone wasn’t enough. Many athletes—and my own body—needed more than passive stretching to feel strong, resilient, and pain-free.
That led me to a strength-based approach to mobility and flexibility: one focused on active range, joint control, and practical performance. The results changed how I trained, how I coached, and how I moved.
Now, at 40, I’m stronger and more capable than ever. With 5+ years specializing in mobility coaching, 600+ hours of movement education, and advanced training under leading mobility teachers, I’ve built my expertise around helping athletes move better for real-world demands—especially Hyrox.
Every day I work alongside Hyrox athletes in the gym, applying what I teach in real time. My coaching is shaped by experience, not theory.

MY PHILOSOPHY
How I Think About Movement
Mobility should support performance, not replace it.
I believe flexibility without strength isn’t useful for athletes, and mobility only matters if it translates into better movement on the gym floor and race course. My approach is practical, individual, and sensation-based—focused on helping people understand their own bodies rather than forcing rigid “perfect” shapes.
Recovery is also part of performance. Training hard is important, but training smart is what keeps you progressing long-term.
My goal is simple: to help people move with more freedom, confidence, and longevity.

BEYOND COACHING
More Than Mobility
Movement is a big part of my life, not just my work. I train in a Hyrox gym, love trying new physical challenges, and believe staying active should feel empowering, not exhausting.
Outside the gym, I’m happiest when I’m outdoors—hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, or spending time at the beach. I also head home to Trinidad & Tobago whenever I can, to recharge and reconnect with the places that shaped me.
Everything I teach comes from the way I live: practical, curious, and focused on moving well for the long run.
